Welcome to our new team members!

Wynter Adams joins us as a Learning Designer, combining her love of education and design to create engaging and effective learning experiences. With a degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education and currently pursuing a Master’s of Education in Learning, Design, and Technology, Wynter is passionate about working with college students. She strives to create an environment that fosters growth, exploration, and discovery. In her free time, Wynter enjoys baking, playing or coaching soccer, and spending time with her golden retrievers, Mospy and Farley, and her cat, Dorkus.

Olivia Fessler joins us as an Instructional Production Specialist. A recent graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Human Services and Restorative Justice, Olivia will be instrumental in developing online courses and editing syllabi. Her role includes evaluating courses to meet quality and accessibility standards, proofreading, editing course content, and creating engaging interactive materials. Olivia is eager to grow and further her education here at Penn State.

Aaron Shbeeb is our new Application Developer, bringing over 15 years of experience in security and web development. Aaron has worked across various industries, including technology, energy, and finance, and has participated in several startup businesses. Currently serving as an application developer for the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences, Aaron is ready to contribute his expertise to the Dutton Institute. Outside of work, he enjoys playing and creating video games, practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and learning Japanese.
