Cole Vaughn

I’m an Applications Developer at the Dutton Institute for Teaching and Learning Excellence in the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences, where I have the opportunity to bring the ideas of learning designers to life. I recently graduated from Edinboro University, and I’m excited to apply my skills to develop creative and impactful software solutions. I have a passion for programming and enjoy building things from scratch, whether that’s applications, websites, or games, and I enjoy hobbies like woodworking and origami, which let me tap into my creative side.

I’m particularly passionate about competitive programming and have competed in the ICPC programming contest for several years, constantly challenging myself to improve my problem-solving skills. Outside of work and coding, I love hiking, camping, and staying involved with soccer, discus/shot put, and powerlifting.

I’m always looking for new ways to learn and grow, and I’m excited to continue developing software that can make a real difference in the world of education and beyond.
